Video UGC Review – Terms & Conditions

By uploading a video or photo to Stoned Hilda & (our website), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Store Credit - Video and photo store credits apply only to your most recent order and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to receive the $10 store credit for videos and $2 store credit for photos. Past orders are not eligible. Videos and photos uploaded after the 7‑day window are not eligible. Only one $10 video store credit or $2 photo store credit is issued per order number. If multiple orders are placed and multiple videos or photos are uploaded within the 7‑day window, only one order will qualify for the $10 video store credit and/or $2 photo store credit.

2. Video & Photo Usage & Display
By submitting your videoand/or photo, you grant Stoned Hilda permission to:

  • Display your video and/or photo publicly anywhere our website, including our Happy Customers page and product review sections.

  • Use your video and/or photo in marketing materials such as social media, email newsletters and promotional content paid or organic.

  • Store and showcase your video and/or photo as part of our customer review system.

3. Ownership & Consent
You confirm that:

  • The video and/or photo is your own content

  • You appear in the video and/or photo or have permission from anyone who does

  • You give Stoned Hilda full permission to publish, share and display the video and/or photo without restriction

4. Removal Requests
If you ever wish to have your video and/or photo removed from our site, simply contact us at mail@stonedhilda.com.au and we’ll take care of it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Videos uploaded after 7 days aren’t eligible for store credit — but we still love seeing your sparkle.

  • You're welcome to upload more videos but only one video per order is eligible for the $10 store credit.

  • Once your video is reviewed and approved, your $10 store credit will be issued to the email address linked to your order.

  • Absolutely. Just reach out to us and we’ll remove it from our site.

  • You can show your jewels however you like — on you, in your hand, styled your way — as long as the video clearly features your Stoned Hilda pieces.

  • Yes. By uploading your video, you agree that it may be publicly displayed on our site and used in Stoned Hilda marketing such as social posts, emails, and promotional content.

  • Your video may appear on our website, including ourHappy Customerspage, product review sections, and other areas where we showcase real customers wearing their jewels.

  • You’ll receive a $10 store credit when you upload a short video wearing your Stoned Hilda jewels from your most recent order, within 7 days of delivery.

  • You’ll still receiveone $10 credit per order, even if your order included multiple pieces.

  • No. Video credits applyonly to your latest order. Past orders aren’t eligible for rewards.
