(1) REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us, that's why we offer a 30 day policy.

At Stoned Hilda we offer our customers either a Store Credit or Exchange Of Product as a refund - if you are not completely happy with your purchase. In this case, this also covers incorrect size.

Free Exchanges for any reason for orders over $250 (AUD). Australia only.
Any order/s over $250 (AUD) automatically qualifiy for (one) free Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange (on one product only) as long as an exchange falls within our 30 Day Return Policy.

$2 Exchanges for any reason. Australia only.
You can opt to pay an additional $2 (AUD) to your order which automatically qualifies that order for (one) Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange on that order only (one product only, unless opted-in for multiple products). As long as an exchange falls within our 30 Day Return Policy.


Please note:
Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange Free 
can only be used on (one) order per $250 (AUD) and over, being for (one product only) within that order. Shipping within Australia only.

Stoned HIlda 360°Exchange $2 Opt-in (N/A in conjunction with store sales/promotions)
can only be used on (one) order for (one) item being for (one item only) or (one) order per $2 (AUD) opt-in being for (one product only), unless opted in for multiple products and ticked the Opt-in box multiple times for each item. Shipping within Australia only.

Subsequent orders wanting to benefit from the Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange program, will need to be over $250 (AUD) or a payment of the $2 (AUD) Opt-in will be required to qualify once again for the Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange program.


If your order qualifies for a Stoned Hilda Free 360°Exchange or you opted in for the $2 Opt-in Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange and you wish to proceed with a Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange, please click HERE to begin the process.

Once your return has been approved  by email, our team will email you your paid return label. 
Once we receive your return and if it complies with our full 30 day Returns Policy, we will ship your exchange back to you free of charge.

In the above case, all products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, undamaged within 30 days of original order placed. If you chose a Store Credit, your Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from original purchase.

In the above case and if the customer does not qualify for the Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange program or has not chosen the $2 Opt-in for the Stoned Hilda 360°Exchange, the customer/buyer shall be solely responsible for all postage/shipping costs back to Stoned Hilda.

In this case, Stoned Hilda will however, cover the postage/shipping costs of the exchanged/returned item back to the customer in good faith once an exchange has been selected.

Stoned Hilda will not be responsible for any return of goods lost or damaged whilst in transit/shipped from the customer to us. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all goods are packaged safely. Tracking is highly recommended.

Earrings & Toe Rings cannot be exchanged/credited/returned due to health and safety laws.

On the very rare occasion that a stone may fall out and the customer is within the Warranty period of 30 days and the customer can provide the stone along with proof of purchase. We advise emailing us. We will then request that the stone and item be returned to us for repair. Once repaired, Stoned Hilda will cover the shipping costs back to the customer. If the item cannot be repaired due to misuse of the item, the customer will be informed via email.
If the stone is lost, unfortunately, Stoned Hilda will not be held responsible as this was out of our control.

Our Policy does not apply where the product was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. This includes although not limited to the item being damaged or not in its origional condition when shipped to the customer. 

If a claim is not fulfilled by way of acceptance of an agreement (Store Credit, Exchange or Refund) in writing or, in the case that an agreement has been agreed upon in writing and then the 30 Policy has expired; Stoned Hilda will not be responsible after this time to offer a Store Credit, Exchange or Refund in anyway.

All Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit requests MUST be in writing and submitted via this link HERE or emailed to us at: mail@stonedhilda.com.au
A Returns form HERE will need to be printed, filled in and posted along with your Return.

A refund will only be issued as per below:

In the rare case that a product/size is not in stock after you place your order and before we ship, we will issue you with a Full Refund.

If, in the case a manufacturing fault is deemed once inspected & sent to our manufacturers, jeweler and/or gemologist; Stoned Hilda will offer our customer/buyer either a full refund, replacement, exchange or store credit.

All requests for a Refund must be email to: mail@stonedhilda.com.au and not submitted through Returns Portal.

All goods/items in question must be received at Stoned Hilda within 30 days of original purchase date to take advantage of the above policy.

Please Note: We reserve our right to deny any refunds/returns/exchanges if the customer does not abide by our Store Policies, Product Disclaimers and Terms.
