(1) REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us that's why we offer a 30 day policy.

At Stoned Hilda we offer our customers either a Store Credit or Exchange Of Product if you are not completely happy with your purchase. In this case, this also covers incorrect size.

In the above case all products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, undamaged within 30 days of original order placed. Your store credit will be valid for 12 months from original purchase.

In the above case the customer/buyer shall be solely responsible for all postage/shipping costs back to Stoned Hilda and then all postage/shipping back to the customer/buyer once finalized.

Earrings cannot be exchanged/credited/returned due to health and safety laws.

A refund will only be issued as per below:

In the rare case that a product/size is not in stock after you place your order and before we ship, we will issue you with a Full Refund.

If, in the case a manufacturing fault is deemed once inspected & sent to our manufacturers; Stoned Hilda will offer our customer/buyer either a full refund, replacement or exchange or store credit.

All goods/items in question must be received at Stoned Hilda within 30 days of original purchase date to take advantage of the above policy.

Please Note: We reserve our right to deny any refunds/returns if the customer does not abide by our Store Policies.
