PLEASE NOTE: The team at Stoned Hilda thoroughly checks all items before packed and therefore will not be responsible for goods shipped through Australia Post which are lost or damaged in any way on arrival to the buyer. At Stoned Hilda we offer our customers either a Store Credit or Exchange Of Product as a refund - if you are not completely happy with your purchase. In this case, this also covers incorrect size.
In the above case, all products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, undamaged within 30 days of original order placed. Your Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from original purchase.
In the above case, the customer/buyer shall be solely responsible for all postage/shipping costs back to Stoned Hilda and then all postage/shipping back to the customer/buyer once finalized.
Earrings & Toe Rings cannot be exchanged/credited/returned due to health and safety laws.
Our Policy does not apply where the product was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
If a claim is not fulfilled by way of acceptance of an agreement (Store Credit, Exchange or Refund) in writing or, in the case that an agreement has been agreed upon in writing and then the 30 Policy has expired; Stoned Hilda will not be responsible after this time to offer a Store Credit, Exchange or Refund in anyway.
