REFUND / RETURN POLICYYour satisfaction is very important to us, that's why we offer a 30 day policy.
At Stoned Hilda we offer our customers either a
Store Credit or
Exchange Of Product as a refund
- if you are not completely happy with your purchase. In this case, this also covers incorrect size.
In the above case, all products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, undamaged within 30 days of original order placed. Your Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from original purchase.
In the above case, the customer/buyer shall be solely responsible for all postage/shipping costs back to Stoned Hilda and then all postage/shipping back to the customer/buyer once finalized.Earrings & Toe Rings cannot be exchanged/credited/returned due to health and safety laws.
On the very rare occasion that a stone may fall out and the customer is within the Warranty period of 30 days and the customer can provide the stone along with proof of purchase. We advise emailing us. We will then request that the stone and item be returned to us for our jeweler to repair. Once repaired, Stoned Hilda will cover the shipping costs back to the customer. If the item cannot be repaired due to misuse of the item, the customer will be informed via email.
If the stone is lost, unfortunately, Stoned Hilda will not be held responsible as this was out of our control.
Our Policy does not apply where the product was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
If a claim is not fulfilled by way of acceptance of an agreement (Store Credit, Exchange or Refund) in writing or, in the case that an agreement has been agreed upon in writing and then the 30 Policy has expired; Stoned Hilda will not be responsible after this time to offer a Store Credit, Exchange or Refund in anyway.
All Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit requests MUST be in writing and submitted via this link
